| The customer service here is horrible. Not 1 time, but every single time. Short kid with glasses and black hair is extremely arrogant for a customer service job… Needs to be properly trained. I only gave 1 star because that's the lowest option available.. I'll happily drive across town to the other Value Buds on resources road, just for the hospitality! Always friendly, always got great suggestions! Go to Value Buds on resources for Valuable service! | ||
