| It pains me to write this review especially because the staff have been so good to me there, but unfortunately, I would not recommend this location. Sometime back I tried to return a product that I could not use. I returned no more than 15 minutes later, with the item still sealed and in perfect working condition. I'm not too sure who I was dealing with but ive never seen them before. Even though I assured the person working that the item was still sealed and that I just bought it 15 minutes ago she proceeded to give me flack on the return. I didn't tell her this, but i've been working in the cannabis industry for over 10 years and know all too well the return policy for products like this. I ended up getting the return, but not before she insulted me. I kept my voice down I did not swear I was respectful. Personally, I find this type of behavior unacceptable. Especially considering, there is a Spiritleaf right across the street. To make a long story short, I've never had the staff at Spiritleaf, insult me or my intelligence. I know I will be going there from now on. I would encourage anyone reading this review to do the same. | ||
