I usually shop at Nuclear Lettuce, but recently I had a day where it was just easier to get to Sessions. Big mistake — instant regret.
The device I purchased wasn't working properly, so I went back to Sessions looking for advice. The battery was heating, there was a clear airway, but nothing was coming out. I wasn't asking for a refund or exchange — just guidance. I wanted to know if there was something I might be missing, whether it could be the battery, or if this was a common issue with an easy fix.
Instead of offering any troubleshooting or suggestions, the staff member kept asking for a receipt, packaging, and whether it was purchased within five days. I explained multiple times that I wasn't looking to return it — just for advice. I was made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about, and in the end, I was simply told he didn't know. No help, no effort, no customer support. It was the worst service I've experienced there.
After that, I went to Nuclear Lettuce, and they helped me sort out the issue — even though the vape wasn't purchased from them. That completely reminded me why I prefer them. Their staff are informed, knowledgeable, and actually take the time to help. The customer service is excellent, and you never feel rushed or brushed off.
It makes a huge difference dealing with people who know their products and genuinely care about customers. I'll definitely be sticking with Nuclear Lettuce.
