| Amazing staff and selection. The team consistently goes above and beyond for their customers and handles situations professionally and respectfully. It's unfortunate to see a recent review criticizing the store for enforcing the law. Cannabis retailers are legally prohibited from allowing minors to enter — even just inside the door. That's not a corporate preference; it's legislation. Expecting staff to risk fines, penalties, or their license because of personal circumstances is unreasonable. From what was described, it sounds like the employees actually tried to accommodate the situation within legal limits, which speaks volumes about their customer service. Holding them accountable for following the law simply isn't fair. Great business. Great staff. They deserve recognition, not backlash for doing their jobs properly. | ||
