| I can't give them a zero so I'm giving them a 1 star. And this is solely because of the one manager. The brunette manager. Her character and attitude towards customer service is biased and non inclusive for a place that should be a safe space for people looking to try or experiment or just ask questions. Her interactions have completely shattered the mission statement of this brand. I will not be returning and the treatment she has shown myself and other customers has forced me to go out my way to not recommend a place that I once loved to visit. I hope the owners of this establishment can really take the time to review these complaints because it is unacceptable to witness her treat customers in such a dismissive care. | ||
