| Not only is the staff knowledgeable, kind, professional, and efficient, they will actively go out of their way to ensure customer service. I mentioned in conversation that they used to have a drink I can't find anywhere anymore (more so just wondering if it was discontinued or something). Upon my next visit, the staff smiled and pointed to the drink I had asked about, THEY HAD BROUGHT IT IN FOR ME!! in a world where customer service is almost all but gone. Tack'd sets itself apart with phenomenal and dedicated service. Going forward I'll be exclusively a Tack'd customer and recommend them to anyone in my area as the gold standard for customer service. | ||
