| it's unfortunate that I have to write this review after being a consistent customer for over two years today will be my last time EVER buying from this location over the last two weeks, I have been consistently doing pick up orders because of an issue with my physical bank card. I called the location in advance to make sure that everything was fine for me to pick up my order. They insured me that it was the next day. I returned to do the exact same thing and all of a sudden an associate that has witnessed me do this pick up various times now decided to have an issue with it. If every employee followed the policies, there would be no confusion for customers or members, but because every single one of the employees does things differently, according to how they're feeling, depending on who you go in and get, it might be a rough ride. It was great building the relationships I did with multiple of you sales associate and you will be missed, but unfortunately, I cannot continue to spend my money where I am not appreciated after two years. | ||
