| Delivery from this group is absolute garbage. The website claims orders placed before 11pm are same day delivery. This is a lie. None of the staff know how the delivery system works, or they all lied to me about it. I placed an order at 745. Received an update *STATING IT WAS ON ITS WAY*...3 hours later I call the store..."Oh no, the last delivery run of the day is at 5pm. Your order is still here. We'll deliver it in the morning." 8 am I get an email, "closing this ticket", no product, no refund, nothing. Call the store, "Yeah, the delivery run isn't until 2pm, you'll get it later today." LIARS! INCOMPETENT LIARS! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. | ||
