| Good selection, friendly staff at the counter. I would recommend shopping with this company. My husband andI had one bad experience with a delivery driver, but the company was very proactive in addressing and correcting the matter. They went way above and beyond to apologize and make the situation right. We repeatedly told management that it was not their fault, they cannot control the behavior of others and that we had every intention of still shopping there, we just wanted them to be aware of that persons behavior. They would not take no for an answer and went to great lengths to apologize for a very minor incident. This company not only has great products and friendly service, but they very clearly value their customers and customer experience. Cannot thank and recommend them enough. | ||
