Probably the worst place in Kingston to go to if you want to be treated like a human and not just another number in line. Darrius is especially rude and literally makes it so that my friends and I will not shop at one plant regardless of the product. Darrius, you shouldn't be a budtender. You're terrible at your job and you're extremely rude. Whoever does the hiring for you guys should DEFINITELY screen employees better. I used to like this place but it's just gone downhill and the staff (especially Darrius) know basically nothing. Darrius told me I could "dab" pure black hash. I literally asked him this to test his knowledge and he says "oh yea you can definitely dab that!" No, you can't, and anyone who knows really anything about cannabis knows this. Avoid. If you want something good for better prices go to 7/10.

I used to enjoy shopping here quite a bit. I no longer do. The staff make promises they cannot keep and they tell you basically whatever you want to hear so they can just give you whatever is the most expensive and send you out the door. It's unfortunate.

I have been here many times and the staff are fantastic people. Terp is very knowledgeable and helpful and knows the store like the back of his hand. Recently I have had some excellent customer experiences with Connor, as he really knows his stuff (especially when it comes to concentrates) and makes great recommendations based on what you tell him you're looking for. Connor gets a 5/5 from me, as does Terp and of course the owner, Steve. In fact, the whole 710 experience is a 5/5. Definitely recommend going here if you want experienced budtenders with loads of knowledge. I especially recommend talking to Connor if he is working, he will set you up with what you need and more.
