| Was very rude upon arrival. Gave my ID and was very polite. She asked me what my birthday was on my ID, I told her. She then asked for the date of issue and expiry which I didn't have memorized anyways. So I explained that it was my ID, has my face on it and everything and I even told her the address. She then asked me for another piece of ID before telling me to leave even though I showed her my government drivers license. Very unprofessional, I even asked to speak to a supervisor which she then said "I'm the supervisor" Im not sure if this is a family owned business but that was handled very unprofessional and perhaps there should have been someone else there I could've spoken to. I've been a returning customer for over a year now and have an account set up with the business which I told her as well. She still told me to go and had an attitude with me from the start. Was very disappointed as this was my go to cannabis store. | ||
