| Horrible customer service. Pulkit is the manager and not willing to help customers. Do not buy glass here they sell broken products and refuse returns. Do yourself a favour and go to a real head shop these guys suck. They responded saying they offered components to resolve the issue, which is a lie. I was told because it was over 4 weeks I would be offered nothing to solve the problem. I even asked specifically for the missing piece and was denied. Please don't respond to bad reviews with a lie. If you would have replaced the missing piece I wouldn't be wasting my time on google reviews | ||
