The guy working the counter was sooo overly pushy with sales that it was uncomfortable to be there. I asked to see a list of hybrids and had to hear him talk about how he's from the streets and all weed is hybrid etc.. like dude.. just show me the list and save the story :/ I won't be back. Edit to reply While I understand that you may have a biased opinion on your employee, the fact still stands that his response was distasteful. I asked to see the menu for hybrid strains, not to hear about his personal experience on the streets. It just wasn't professional or appropriate and was not what I asked for.

We just bought this downstem a few weeks ago, paid a good $16 just for it to shatter this morning as I was putting my bowl in. Definitely don't recommend buying any hardware from this place. Edit to reply: We purchased this less than a month ago, and we don't typically keep receipts for down stems as we've never had one break this easily before. I actually still have the original stem that came with my several years old bong. My partner does however have an account with your store, so you should still be able to see this transaction and be able to help. I'll happily send this information by and we would deeply appreciate if you could make up for this disappointment.
