| Great store , service and staff . Elite member program is unnecessary as it was never offered or upsold over 2 years, but simply inconvenient when store runs out of a product for "non members" while the same product available to (non-existent) Elite Members. I allways buy ounces , loyal but definitely not Elite or even a regular to not have the program offered . Disappointed, but not surprised as experimental marketing tactics are normal these days and could possibly use some adjustments or execution efforts. Would no longer recommend the store which wasn't even the closest store for me, but they are still in business if looking for some smoke.✌️⭐ (Original review of 5 stars has been edited) | ||
