1 star. I'm a regular customer, well I was. This is now the 2nd time I've tried to go to the Port Elgin Ontario location and use my points on my account to find that magically my account just isn't able to be located to use my 14 points for a 75% discount. I only buy ounces. Ever. My account shows with my points in the store system but I try to claim those points and my account is just magically gone from the discount system on the tablet. I want my points and my discount or I'll find somewhere else to shop for my weekly ounces. It's really too bad as I've been shopping here for years, since opening. When I asked to call the manager I was told there was nothing he can do he didn't even have access to it. Well that's weird since she did. Something shady up with the discount program in general. The fact it can't talk to the store system where they can see my points and account but aren't able to apply a discount is silly. Has to be a manual way to do it. Twice now all my points just vanish. Once before they were just gone and now my entire account is gone from the discount system. Uncool. I was a loyal customer. When I ask for a manager I expect to at least get a call or have someone go to bat for me . Everyone knows me there. Being shrugged at like oh sorry you're just SOL isn't fair.
