| Update: To respond to your weak response. The gentlemen who walked in during this incident was making a purchase not a refund. The machine also did not work the first couple of times he tried making the purchase of which you mentioned the internet was momentarily connected and to try again. At this time it went through. The customer then turned to us and said "it's not you, you're not going crazy". We went to a dispensary right next door and the machine was having the same issues when purchasing. They addressed the internet and after that our purchase went through. Please take accountability for your lack of customer service and don't try and point the finger else where when you both lack a sense of reality in this situation. The lowest level of customer service. Staff seem annoyed that customers walk in and they just want to get back to wherever they came from in the back. The "owner" stated that it wasn't possible to get a refund for a product that never left the store. Their machine/internet wasn't operational. While first stating that there wasn't any cash in the cash register, they ended up giving it to us in cash anyways after having to go back and forth while wasting not only their time but ours as well. Thankfully there are plenty of other dispensaries out there with great customer service, this won't be our spot. | ||
