| I can understand that it is the doctors responsibility to write the script, but that doesn't excuse them not being able to explain their website or introduce their product. I had to figure out how their allotment system worked, how to understand the quantities to ensure that I ordered the correct amount. They couldn't even review the script and say "OHHH!! Now I understand. Dr. is saying "X", so that means he wants you to take product "Y". I have not received my first shipment yet, and this is my first time ordering medicinal marijuana. I sincerely hope it is the best stuff on the market, because for the cost of ordering I am unimpressed. The reality that this isn't just some Pot shop, but a medicinal dispensary with regulated medicinal products. You may not be a pharmacist or doctor, but your staff can certainly explain the system and the product. If they can't even do that remove your staff that can't answer any questions anyways and save all of us a few bucks on what is starting to look like an overpriced money grab. So unimpressed. | ||
