| The budtender was really rude during my visit. I was just asking about the terps in a product, and instead of helping, they got annoyed and told me that budtenders hate customers who ask those kinds of questions saying weed is just weed. As someone who's worked as a budtender before, I know that's not true terps do matter and can affect people differently. I get that I came in about 15 minutes before closing, but it was a simple question that any other budtender could answer without going off on a tangent. Overall, the customer service was poor and came off as arrogant. I won't be coming back. | ||
