| Does this place have a manager? Maybe I'd have better luck getting information from that person. Would be nice to get an email back about the falsely advertised "loyalty program". Been almost exactly a month since I emailed. Staff are absolutely fantastic, super polite and professional. Owner has been directing employees to not give 10% off every tenth visit, as the loyalty card says. Will only give you 10% off most expensive item. Not right. Owner needs to honor what is advertised. P.s this has been edited to reflect the lack of response almost 2 months later. | ||
