| Terrible customer service, my order apparently didn't go through but my credit card was charged, went into store to pickup my order and they said there is no order. After showing my confirmation emails the goof at the counter said he doesn't have the order there is nothing he can do. Told me I had to leave the store, and I asked for a manager and he said he is the manager. Disgusting service. He said "it's not his problem"..That's great. Will be filing complaint at BBB and looking into some information to reach out to the owner and see what they think about this . Other locations operate much better. This is strictly for the sandwich west location. Tried calling the location and was told the same thing there is nothing they can do. I don't understand that. | ||
