| This is a great place but one of the Benifits to having an account with this company is the yearly birthday gift, me and my friends have had 3 birthdays in the past 9 months and you have told all 3 of us that you do not have the birthday gifts in stock, at this point its obvious that you don't care about this aspect of our membership and you are wasting our gas and loyalty to your company in order to save yourself a few dollars, that is unacceptable and is not holding up your side of the agreement all 3 of us are not impressed | ||
