| Great front line staff but I was double charged on the 19th due to a system error and I will not be refunded. Twice I came to resolve this issue, a refund was not issued and I was told to leave my number both times for the store manager. Nobody reached out to me. I hate to have to be the squeaky wheel but as a result of all the passing of the buck and inaction I see no further way to proceed outside of leaving a review in a public forum. This store is very close to me but on principle I cannot patronize it any further unless I get my money back. Refund me and I will edit or delete this review. Continue ignoring me and it will remain. | ||
