Canna Cabana, Niagara Falls ON
Terrible location. Staff are trash and extraordinarily rude for no reason. They follow you around and get in your personal space. I've never been to a canabis store where the staff do this and make customers intentionally uncomfortable. I being in my 40's have also never been ID'd at the door because I'm visibly my age... the staff however, acted as if I was some 12 year old child who hired an FX makeup artist to make me appear older just so I can buy weed products lol. What a complete joke. That being said, I understand this may be a policy, but being rude to paying customers is never a policy anywhere. Ever. Based on this visit I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Even if I'm at the Costco and it's the most convenient location (which is the only reason i found myself here), I will be going out of the way for better service at another store. For anyone reading this review.. Honey Pot just across the bridge in the Walmart plaza is so much nicer and the staff are lovely! If you're headed Fonthill way, Grand Canabis is always a treat and their staff/selection is also superior to this awful location. Basically, ANY canabis store would be better. I work hard for my money. Where I spend it matters to me. I expect better.
