I usually have great experiences with Cannabis NB, but I was really disappointed with the Dieppe branch. Yesterday, after work, my wife and I went to eat nearby. Before dinner, I stepped out for a quick smoke and noticed a Cannabis NB store right next door. Being a bit high and impulsive, I decided to check it out after we ate.
I ended up buying a red Nova battery for $50 — it was the last one in stock. When we got home (we live quite far from Dieppe), I noticed there was sticky glue residue on the front of the battery. I was able to remove it, but since I'm very particular about these things, I decided to go back to the store to either exchange it or get a refund. I had the receipt with me.
Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. A trainee named Ella tried to help but couldn't do much since she was new. Then this strange guy jumped into the conversation. He didn't help at all — just kept repeating the same sentence like a robot: "I can't do anything in extent to my work," six times! He said the manager was on vacation and told me to just come back Monday.
I'm a regular at Cannabis NB, but I'll never go back to the Dieppe branch again. The customer service was frustrating and unprofessional. Not what I expected at all.
