| AVOID AT ALL COSTS the customer service at this store is atrocious and left a bad taste in my mouth they have horrible prices and manners and are extremely offensive Bud tenders who no NOTHING about the products and do not value or listen to customers needs. They should go out of business they never listen to what I order and try to sell an item worth more instead and gaslighted and lied to me alongside a horrible attitude from all the staff . They also had a bad vibe and ruined my 420 by threatening me when I was in there. I came in for medication to manage pain for a Brest disease infection, and they tried to up sell pree rolls that were expensive but dont offer more then 3 grams in the pack rather then the ones that were on sale for 10 $ less on display. how atrocious, not worth wasting your time in this horrible store and unreasonable attitude they deserve 0 stars. they made me very uncomfortable and threatened me while I was in the store telling me to leave and shop else where when I told them they were not listening to my requests. I am so upset I never been disrespected like this at a store before. except here on multiple occasions you need to hire new management and talk to the male store owner and the blonde with the tattoos and tell them they should not gang up on a women who just needs her pain medicine especially rude of them on 420 they caused severe depression and anxiety attack ontop of the illness i'm fighting | ||

| This is my favorite local shop they go out of their way to be kind and respectful and thoughtful for their customers the staff remind me of angels with hearts of gold they always have great deals and discounts they make you want to come back again and again and be a loyal customer because of how great they are I cant believe how over the top they go and the great energy I have every time I walk out of the store I feel like I have been heard! The staff never fail to put a smile on my face even on the worst days im having they never once made me question how great their service is I will forever be grateful this store is open. | ||
