I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Dacanna (281 Cannon St E, Hamilton). On Feb 28, 2026, I purchased a 1g Good Supply pre‑roll that appeared already smoked — the tip was burnt even though the seal looked intact. When I went back to the store immediately, staff refused a refund or replacement and said there was nothing they could do. I've been a loyal customer here for over 5 years, but this level of product quality and lack of support are unacceptable. I won't be returning after this experience.
