The lady with blue hair is SO rude. I noticed other people left reviews about her too. She should be fired. We went inside and waited but nobody came. So, I went to peak in and look and thats when she started walking towards the door. (I've seen many people just cross the barrier without a worker checking. They just show the ID once they have entered on their own). Then, she got upset and told us we are not allowed to cross the barrier. I understand this part and if she left it at that, then it all would have been good. I have no problem following their policy. However, she proceeds to bring us all the way behind the barrier and she repeats the exact same thing like three times in a condescending voice. She sounded so rude and it just ruined my entire mood. I've been to this location many times and all the staff are nice, except her. I've even been to other Canna Cabana locations and never had an experience like this. Anyway, this lady needs some next level training on customer service. There's a way to communicate the policies to your customers in a welcoming manner.
