This company has been telling me for two years that if there's a faulty product, bring it in with packaging and they will give a refund. New guy LUKE just spent 10 minutes telling that they don't refund faulty products, telling me that if I bought a bottle of alcohol, and I didn't like the taste, would I get a refund? YES! If you couldn't drink the alcohol because the lid doesn't come off, then yes! LUKE isn't trained enough to be on the front counter.
