| I just walked out of Canna Cannabis on Jasper Avenue and honestly, I've never felt so unwelcome in a store. The guy working there was extremely rude from the start. I asked a few basic questions about their products, and instead of helping, he gave short, dismissive answers with a tone that made it clear he didn't want to be bothered. It felt like I was annoying him just by asking for information. If you work in retail, especially in a cannabis store where people often need guidance, the bare minimum is basic respect. Customer service was basically nonexistent. No friendliness, no effort to explain anything, no patience. I didn't feel valued as a customer at all. I ended up leaving without buying anything because the whole experience was so uncomfortable. There are plenty of other stores on Jasper Avenue that treat customers properly. I won't be coming back here. | ||
