| I don't leave many 1 start reviews, but my experience is exactly that. The staff are very kind people, but unfortunately my experience was ruined when I went in on Wednesday January 7th, at exactly 5:50pm. I purchased a 3.5G of Kush God from Pure Sunfarms. Upon opening the package, the contents inside were brown and moldy. I looked at the back of the package to realize that this package was from 2025-07-20. They sold me a 6 month old package of weed and I am not happy. I'm disappointed that those nice guys sold me old, brown, mouldy, shitty weed. And not only did they sell me shitty mouldy weed, they sold it to me at FULL price. That's the crazy part. Super disappointed in this location for my first time going there. I called the staff which again, very nice people but they basically told me I can drive back there on Sunday, so that the manager can inspect to see if she can do something or not. I'm not wasting my time to drive back there only to be told nothing can be done. I'll take my loss, never return and pass along my experience to ppl I know, to never attend this location. Over $25 they're willing to lose 1-5 customers. Not smart. Thank you anyway. | ||
