| Forgot my ID. Came back with valid ID and was told by Matt that he was reporting me to loss prevention for refusing to produce an ID. As he was holding my drivers license. When I asked for guidance, I was told that I could report my customer service experience like he was "reporting me to loss prevention". Matt seemed to enjoy embarrassing me in front of other customers. Maddy was condescending and discriminatory. Bizarre customer service experience. | ||
