| I visited this dispensary hoping to get some help choosing a bong kit for gift. There were three options, but I could only see one clearly. When I asked for assistance, the staff member was visibly annoyed. She reluctantly opened the case, and when I asked to see another kit, she again seemed irritated with my decision. After she handed me the wrong kit, I had to correct her, and she just brushed me off, saying, that's not what I said that 'It doesn't matter.' Despite this, I went ahead and purchased one of the kit, but I left feeling really disappointed with the customer service. I hope they improve their approach. | ||
