Had an issue with a disposable and the lady handled it AWESOME! She made it an efficient and smooth return and refund. VERY good customer service!...... Some time later..... I've been shopping here for quite a while and have accumulated rewards points that suddenly are not available I've asked in the store what's going on they just seem to shrug their shoulders and say we don't know I've sent emails to the company and have not had any replies so I now do not shop at True North any longer. Lost money...not good business.
