They get one star from me; Lucky to get that. Their customer service was one of the Main reasons I went their. I buy two to three vape cards a week there, It was one of the very few stores I did ever use. They where good with returns or replacements based on a faith based system. Completely understandable, Yet tell me you buy A vape Thursday and by Friday it doesn't work dam rights your gonna take it back right? Ok this store originally told me yes come back 100 times if they don`t work, Well lets say I would buy three this week one out of three wasn`t working, and then the Store worker Heather was, Actually one of the more reasonable ones, Starts getting all frustrated with me due to trying to get an replacement for an card she knew she had just gave me yesterday, And here we are Saturday not even 24 hours later and it doesn`t work and she tells me no, replacements, no refunds, No nothing any more for me,,, OK. I spend a 120$ to an 140$ weekly with your store and I bring they product back in every time to show them, it truly isn`t working and or empty for that matter just some crack head trying to get an freebie. No I use what little money I have their each week because Suffer from PTSD, and pot is the only thing that helps, all I have to say lastly is don`t put it out their your store will cover the lost if it truly is a lost if it won`t.
