| Because I was already at the end of my rope yesterday, my vape quit on me/caught my curse and the manager Travis not only had it replaced in under 2 hours but also had it brought to my door along with a few extras. The biggest thing was he went above and beyond for me and found a solution that I in no way had to fight for and you don't see that much anymore, anywhere....especially when I wasn't in the most stable of moods and probably excruciating to deal with. Regardless, anytime I've had to call the store any staff member has been great so whoever decided to put Travis in charge knew what they were doing. They may not deliver as late and be further away from me but I'll never go anywhere else now. You can't put a price on amazing customer service. | ||
