Update just noticed the owner Brandon replied: The owners response is not completely true by any means. The last visit I asked them to cancel the other store and I'll purchase it at the talbot location. No one raised there voices. After that date I came in a few times. It wasn't until the owner was working and hiding in the back room asked his employee to tell me I'm banned for something that happened many visits prior to the last. Please don't lie to make yourself look better. You have a Buisness in a small town and you won't last long when you're banning customers because of your faulty online purchase software.
I've been a loyal supporter of this business for years, especially when Bob owned it — he was an incredible person and a pillar of our community. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership, my experiences have declined.
Orders have repeatedly been sent to the wrong location, and while this was previously handled quickly and professionally, I was once told they couldn't correct it. I expressed my frustration respectfully and went to pick up my order myself, only to later learn that I'd been banned from the store for that interaction.
At no point was I rude or disrespectful — just understandably frustrated. It's disappointing to see a local business handle things this way. I hope they reconsider how they treat loyal customers, but for now, I recommend supporting other long-standing local businesses that value communication and community relationships.
