| 2nd time that I've bought bad products from them and they refuse to refund or exchange. The managers never stand behind the products they sell and always deflect it off on the brand, telling you to contact the brand yourself. Any other store in town that I've been to such as Willie's or Tru North will refund you or exchange and make it right. The amount of money we spend trying to support local businesses and this is the kind of thanks we get as consumers. Awesome! We know where not to shop anymore. P.S all the staff I've dealt with have been amazing and exceptional. I feel sorry that they have to deal with bosses like these | ||
