Coming here is always a treat! The music is always great and the staff here are top notch! They make everyone who comes in feel very comfortable and make great recommendations based on price point, desired high, activities, etc. Highly recommend! Edited to add: I brought multiple out of town guests here over the summer and they all agreed on the vibes + recommendations! If you're from Alberta, the pricing seemed most similar to Canna Cabana to them.

Always exceptional service and great products! Sad that I've had to move and this location is no longer convenient to shop at, I would definitely recommend Spiritleaf to any of my friends or guests staying in the area!

I've been here many times and used to love Flora and recommend them to all my friends and guests. However, considering their prices are some of the highest in town - I have a hard time recommending Flora anymore. Their customer service used to be top notch to justify the pricing, the experience made it worth the extra bit! Now…….I would say if it's closer for convenience then sure, but their customer service is nothing close to what it used to be. You either end up with someone who is knowledgeable and passionate, or someone who clearly looks like they would rather be anywhere else, doing anything else, and gives you attitude to boot as if you coming in was the inconvenience to their scroll session. Not everyone needs to love their job, but the fact that customer service has become so inconsistent and management acknowledges this but I've seen no change in 6 months. This means I can no longer recommend Flora for those reasons and I myself will no longer be shopping here. I would give their current customer service a solid 1 on some days and 5 on others, hence 3 stars.
