Been coming to this spot for a while since it opened as "soul" , and this is the third time ive been turned away because of no ID , yet ive shopped here almost 25 times since i moved to the area some time ago .
They need to do way better at customer recognition / appreciation especially if we spent literally thousands of dollars , ive worked LCBO and know the rules if someone looks under aged you have every right to ID , however im in my high 30s with grey in my beard and hair , far from looking like a little boy, so maybe management needs to train staff more properly for better judgement or lack their of. i love supporting community shops but im sorry to say i will never be returning here again and im sure the amount of ppl who will stop giving business to this spot because of this exact reason is going to increase .
Nothing worse than supporting somewhere countless number of times while tipping INSANELY generous only to be forgotten and treated like a "Sale" rather than an actual customer . Highly disappointed . This "inspired" me to take my money elsewhere ! Thank you
