| So rude over the phone. I waited half an hour over the phone only be told to come in, when I was trying to ask about a specific strain. She never let me even get so far to ask about the strain, I just wanted to know before I walked over but she had no interest in helping. I'll walk across town and go to a different place before I walk only a block to go there. No thanks. I've worked in customer service all my life and never have I been so rude to a customer. If I could give a 0 out of 5 stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever received | ||
