| I've had similar experiences to others here — one staff member in particular is consistently unpleasant. She looks to be in her late 30s early 40s, larger build, blonde, wears glasses, and comes across as very rude. She tends to raise her voice and makes customers feel like they're bothering her. Honestly, it feels pretty disrespectful. That being said, the rest of the team has always been kind and helpful, so it's a shame one person leaves such a negative impression. Edit: This place needs more accountability, how are you going by to tell me that you don't have a staff member there who doesn't fit this description. When others have complained about her? This place is not trustworthy. | ||
