| If you want the worst customer experience this is the place for you. Instead of valuing a long term customer relationship, they chose to hide behind policy, avoided taking responsibility after selling me a faulty device and refused to offer a refund. Choosing 29 dollars over a recurring customer is actually insane. The manager can kick rocks, literally go anywhere else for a better experience! | ||
