| pretty disappointed. i ordered for delivery last night, called and the lady said she was waiting on a driver and that i should get my order that night. never received it, called about 20 times absolutely no answer. Bussed all the way down to the store, and the guy was just shocked?? kept saying he didn't see the order, etc. most places would either give something for the inconvenience or give some % for the next purchase. guy didn't do anything else but say "i'm sorry". really disappointed as this is the store i shop at. lately it's been very unprofessional, no one answering the phones or doing the online site properly. (it said i was waiting 32 HOURS for my delivery) :( | ||
