| Took over 2 hours to deliver off uber. First it said latest delivery @ 5:45 PM (an hour after I placed the order) I called at 5:45 and she said the driver was about a minute away, I live beside Coquitlam centre, a 4 minute drive. I wait until 6:30, and see it now says updated time of arrival 6:45 PM. At 7 PM I called again and told them I've now missed my birthday dinner reservations, and Gwen told me I should have called and told them it was time sensitive. When you give a customer a maximum arrival time on uber, it should be treated as time sensitive no matter what, I've never had to call anywhere else and remind them to hurry up. I've now missed my birthday reservations, it's 7:15 PM, the deliver is not here and I will never shop here again. What a let down :( I would have went and picked it up myself if I knew, but I was trying to get ready for my birthday dinner and thought this would be a convenient way to save time. It in fact costed $10 in service fees, $5 in delivery fees, and wasted a lot of my time instead of saving any. My first experience here was awful, and the worst part was the lady on the phone argued with me and actually had the nerve to tell me I should have called and told them to hurry, blaming me, she was so rude and unhelpful. | ||
