| Don't trust the pictures of the concentrates. I went there specifically to get a live resin that was moist and terpy because I knew they had images of their concentrates, I bought a gram of the black hole resin because of the image which was provided where it looked exactly like what I was looking for, but when I opened the product it was dry as a bone. I am not sure what the point of having images is if they are genuinely an inaccurate representation of the product. Although the staff agreed that what I got was significantly different from the image, management refused to offer a refund based on the fact that the product had left the store, which implies that they want people to be opening the product they just purchased in the store to ensure that they actually get what they paid for, which seems ridiculous. While I did appreciate that one of the regular worker suggested that I could contact the supplier directly, my overall experience is a 1/5, would not recommended if you are particular about your concentrates unless you feel like opening the product in the store every time you make a purchase. | ||
