| I would like to give zero stars, the kid who served me today had zero customer service skills. Did not say Hello or Hi when I approached the counter and did not tell me how much my purchase was , he just stared at the pos machine. Never said one word to me. Complete silence. This is your job to make the customer feel welcome, this Esso is my last choice because of the lack of social skills. I might add as I was in complete shock of his rudeness. I was telling my husband and I seen through the window he was laughing not sure if it was at me or he if suffers from a mental illness. If you don't like your job quit so someone with real customer service can work where you take advantage of lying on your resume. | ||
