| This is a review specifically for the T2 top-o-matic roll your own machine. I purchased one several years ago, and it has been working great ever since I bought it. I point that out because I absolutely know how to use the machine, not a novice who is screwing it up and having these problems. I am on an extended vacation, and so I decided to buy another machine to save money while I was away from home. I bought another T2 machine, and this particular one is a piece of garbage. Every other cigarette, I try to make, the machine splits the tube halfway down when I try to inject the tobacco. Again, I am a seasoned experienced user of this product, so this is not user error. This particular machine is flawed Right out of the box. After contacting them, they still expect to be sent $12.50 on top of the postage paid to send it to them to get it "repaired". That's not a warranty, that's a load of crap! Continue to sell defective products, and people will stop buying them. I can say for absolute certainty when it comes time to buy another machine, it will absolutely not be this piece of garbage! Republic brands is a garbage corporation that obviously only cares about selling products, and absolutely nothing to do with customer service or standing behind their products.
