| i've been going to the store since it opened always had great customer service products have always been awesome and today I went in as per usual to take a look at what product they had in stock new sales person not aware of the product and won't allow customer to look at products in glass displays as I have done in the past, the elite membership products are behind the counter in a locked glass case was told I cannot go behind that counter and look at the products In the locked glass case Now granted the sales rep is new to the company I give that but when you've been going in there for years, have a routine and that routine hasn't changed since the store is opened I have a problem with that as I have paid good money for the elite program | ||
