Great deals and Tuesday toonie if your a member is even better and its free to become a member 😀 and now they offer price matching 😀 wont go anywhere else this place hits the spot with great customer service and always friendly and honest with product acknowledgement way to go value buds always keeps me coming back plus did you know they recycle all products bags doob tubes and empty 510 carts and you get reward points for recycling â™»ï¸
I just want to mention I had an awesome experience at ValueBuds, thanks to one of the staff members. I didn't catch her name, but she had colored hair and was super helpful. She really knew her stuff and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made the whole visit a breeze. Seriously, her customer service was outstanding! I'll definitely be back, and I hope she's working so I can thank her again!
This is one of the best shops in town I find! The vibe is always just comforting going into this shop especially for someone who has high anxiety and can barely even go into the gas station now a day's. The staff is always super friendly & nice & super easygoing to answer any questions I have. They have always had what I am looking for! ðŸ‘ðŸ»
JULY 9th,Approx:2:30PM. Walked in,thought I would try these guys. From that moment,the chubby girl with the multi-color hair,glasses,excessive make-up,and Crap attitude....made my experience Hellish. Asked about CBD Gummy contents. Not helpful/Crap Attitude. Asked about THC Gummies/Same. As a new Prescribed User...VERY IMPORTANT. If I ran this store...I'd MAYBE have her stocking shelves(if she could even handle THAT.). Asked a few other pertinent questions,and was met with the same CRAP attitude. This is "Representative of this Business?". I guess she couldn't get hired at Walmart,or Burger King....so VBud's hired her,maybe out of compassion? Ya' made a WRONG CHOICE VALUE BUDS!!! Crap Service,She ADMITTED she did NOT DO HER JOB on your Menu Boards,was just a CRAP EXPERIENCE. We won't be back,the $$'s that make your store worthwhile....Won't be there. My reporting to other people of my experience...will surely turn people away. And for this....I am glad. The public DOES NOT deserve this kind of experience. DO BETTER VALUE BUD'S!!! You made a CRAP choice in hiring this Girl. A big detriment to your business.
This person should not be getting high on the house supply, very tested and kicked me out sounded the alarm. She is high again second time I have seen her this way. If the owner could contact me to discuss this rude employee.
