Great location, best SQDC i have been to so far, they got the products on display, a good variety of products (not just herb but also, edibles, wax, vape pen, hash, soda and more. This location is always well staffed, service is fast and straightforward.
Special praise to Arnaud for his work. Not often do we see someone professional and very knowledgeable that also knows how to guide and recommend the client properly. He's one of the rare employee of that actually makes you want to come back and ask for advice. Overall great location highly recommend.
It's the best staff you'll have the chance to meet 🤷 Beautiful new store! They moved east, easy walking distance.
Apologies for the racial highlight, i dont know how else to identify him - but the young male Asian sales clerk is exceptionnely rude and unprofessional.
You work in customer service. Making your customers wait, with my card out and product in hand, for you to finish your conversation with your colleagues before you put the sale through is infuriating.
You took at least 30 seconds to finish a conversation about why one of your friends is a flake instead of putting the sale through the machine.
A lot left to be desired at SQDC Peel.
The employees know their jobs well and are really good.
The big issue is the homeless people at the front who are begging for money, cigarettes, and weed. They can become aggressive pretty quickly.
I have not had a single good customer service experience at this store. Yesterday, the cashier was super rude and unhelpful. His friend came to see him while he was passing me at the cash. She says, "you look busy," to which he replies, "I don't care about them," loudly in front of me. This is also not a one time incident at this location.
